From chalkboards to global classrooms. From poetry to performance. I grew up in a modest government school where learning meant curiosity, resilience, and self-reflection—not just textbooks. Those values shaped everything I do today as a learning leader. With over 20 years of experience in L&D, I’ve built global academies, led instructional innovation, and designed role-based, AI-powered, and DEI-aligned enablement journeys across consulting, tech, and impact sectors. But beyond the frameworks and dashboards, I am a builder of people and possibility—blending my early love for art, literature, and philosophy with the structure of enterprise-scale learning. My strength lies in connecting the dots—between technology and humanity, data and empathy, learners and transformation. I bring to the table a rare blend: the strategist’s mind, the teacher’s heart, and the poet’s soul.
