• Provided technical support and assist Project Leads in project planning, executing, and coordinating of technical and site activities of the expansion project for the Biologics Manufacturing Plant • Created and reviewed technical drawings, plans, specifications for the new equipment, pipelines, and individual components • Procured the equipment and components for the new systems and handled the transportation, verification, storage and separating into their respective system package. • Compiled detailed documentation for all the systems required for Turnover Package. • cGMP, GDP, Permit to Work, Clean Room, Process Safety Management trained
• Collaborated with the Process & Projects Engineers in the projects for both the API and Biologics Manufacturing Plant • Designated lead in API VOC Abatement Technology assessment study to identify the latest technology in the market feasible to reduce the VOC emission in the existing manufacturing plant • Conducted on-site verification and tagged all components in API manufacturing processes, amended over 150 affected P&IDs, and prepared the necessary documentations within a tight deadline of 3 months • Coordinated project updates from the Process & Projects Biologics team and ensured project timeline is met • Ad-hoc duties assigned by engineers from time to time • Trained in high standard of cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and Clean Room • Extended internship stint by a month to assist in identification of decommissioned systems for future projects
