Lead the Industrial Relations (IR) function as a strategic partner across diverse business units within the Arya Noble ecosystem including retail, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, e-commerce, OTC sales, medical representative operations, and F&B. Lead the development and compliance of Industrial Relations (IR) policies, risk mitigation, compliance across all business units, provided strategic counsel to senior management on IR best practices, ensuring alignment with applicable labor laws and regulation.
