A pleasure to make your acquaintance! My name is Aki Loippo, and I’m an engineer with broad experience across various fields of industry and technology. Over the past ten years, I’ve worked in international companies and environments, gaining valuable insight and expertise along the way. My skills include product development (3D mechanical design and strength calculations), product testing, product and project management, quality control, technical sales support, procurement, financial reporting, risk analysis, team leadership, and organizational development —especially in process and workflow planning. My greatest strength is adaptability. I’m also patient, sociable, and quick to understand logical structures. I enjoy working with facts and take a thoughtful, informed approach to decision-making. I have a strong thirst for knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. My goal is to work smart and, through that, contribute to sustainable profitability. I believe that success comes from work that is properly planned, well-coordinated, adequately resourced, and carefully executed under clear supervision. This approach not only improves results but, more importantly, supports the well-being of a company’s most valuable asset: its people.
In my current role, I’m responsible for managing customer projects from start to finish, as well as planning and developing the processes and workflows used by our project team. My daily responsibilities include leading the team, providing technical sales support, defining delivery scope, allocating and coordinating tasks, scheduling, resourcing, conducting risk analyses, and monitoring project finances and reporting. I also act as a key point of contact between various stakeholders involved in project execution, and I supervise installations and oversee the commissioning and testing of delivered equipment.
I joined Tamturbo in January 2023 as a Sales Support Engineer. My main responsibilities included providing technical sales support, defining the delivery scope, and managing and coordinating customer projects.
In the spring of 2016, I joined Runtech Systems Ltd. as a Product Development Engineer. Initially, my responsibilities focused on conducting high-speed turbo blower Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and developing the FAT process. After the first year, my role shifted toward mechanical design engineering, where I managed various products and led product development projects. In addition to my core duties, I also supported customer project deliveries through documentation and engineering, and provided assistance to the sales, service, and production teams.
My responsibilities included product development and the manufacturing of various composite parts and products.
In the fall of 2015, I worked as an Environmental Worker at Paperinkeräys Oy, where I was responsible for collecting and sorting waste materials for proper disposal and recycling.
I worked as an assistant at a plastic blow molding extrusion machine, where I was responsible for maintaining continuous production and ensuring the availability of raw materials.
