Analyzing ribosome profiling (Ribo-Seq), DNA sequencing, and genomic datasets of C. Neoformans to evaluate the transcription probability of non-canonical open reading frames (ORFs) via comparison of Ribo-Seq read distribution, periodicity, and magnitude at certain genomic positions to canonical ORFs through graphical visualizations (R) and machine learning models (Python).
As a CMC Management and Operations intern I was tasked with creating a tool in Excel that compiled process parameter data across monoclonal antibody, drug substance, and drug product production for multiple batch records. I also utilized typescript, Excelscript, and VBA to create automated and user-prompted macros that allow for graphical data comparison of multiple process parameters across user-specified batch records. Additional responsibilities included professionally communicating with colleagues and mentors, gaining an in-depth understanding of each step of the antibody drug-conjugate production, creating an intuitive and easy-to-use user interface, and presenting the tool to colleagues and mentors from a variety of departments.
