Led multi-tenancy, tagging and APIs for Pure1. Key achievements include developing a multi-year vision and quarterly roadmap for integrating multi-tenancy with Pure1. This enabled customers to manage multiple tenants on a single FlashBlade or FlashArray.
Led multiple strategic initiatives in ShareFile including AI, Document Generation workflows & “ShareFile for Legal” solution. Key achievements include defining the vision, strategy & roadmap for AI, automating document generation workflows, taking "ShareFile for Legal" to market and integrating key Sales workflows with Salesforce. Mentored team on customer discovery, user research, competitive analysis and legal industry - how to break down market, customer and user research data into actionable vision, strategy and roadmap.
Owned multiple solutions including DevRev's IDaaS and CRM services, company-wide Security & Compliance initiative and Developer Platform. Key achievements include building the DevRev API platform, creating strategy & release plan for DevRev APIs including analytics & support frameworks, leading the IDaaS and CRM solutions that could ingest customer data from multiple sources and generate impactful insights on customer journey and intent.
Selected for Citrix’s “first-ever” Leadership Program that identified and groomed young PMs who were high performers with the potential to become a leader in the company.
Grew the ecosystem that nurtured Citrix's developer community and improved their productivity. Key achievements include delivering Citrix's first-ever Developer Program that offered free developer test instances, 24*7 monitored support forums and a marketplace for community contributions. Closely worked with Citrix partners (Citrix Ready Partners, CSPs CTPs, GSIs, ISVs) to identify the gaps in API coverage and discover net-new API use-cases. I was part of the team that organised Citrix's "first-ever" developer conference called "Converge” at Santa Clara in 2019 followed by several remote editions, developer-focused webinars, virtual & in-person hackathons.
Developed Citrix's developer infrastructure and evangelised "API-first" mindset globally. Key achievements include delivering an API Gateway that standardised and secured all Citrix APIs and SDKs and launching Citrix's first-ever Developer Community Hub which hosted API documentation, how-to articles, support, developer program sign up, marketplace etc. I evangelised the importance and urgency of an "API-first" mindset across the executive leadership team and service teams and represented the developer ecosystem team at customer, partner and internal events globally.
