- Initiating background checks and drug checks according to client requirements. - Perform background, credit, and drug tests for applicants; review results and approve/reject candidates accordingly. -Support acquisition of talent by receiving & reviewing, all requests; tracking, monitoring and follow up with our vendor, hiring leaders and candidates to ensure timely responses and process completion. -Enrolling the employee information for screening at the vendor site as per client guidelines/requirements. -- Perform quality checks on the vendor database(s) to ensure Background Verification's are complete and data is recorded correctly. - Coordinating for paperwork with employee to ensure client needs are in compliance. - Manage the interaction with the applicant to correct missing or incomplete data provided by the applicant to the vendor(s). - Work Closely with Operations team concerning gaps in applications and escalate where necessary. - Maintaining Employee records using well organized filing system to ensure files are up to date and comply with legislative requirements. - Communicating regularly with Service Delivery and Operations team regarding screening and verification of employees for smooth hiring process. - Getting health screenings scheduled and reviewing results. - Performing Client Audits -Preparing On boarding Checklist
