I am an Infrastructure & Urban Mobility Consultant at KPMG with 5+ years of experience in strategy, transport planning, and data-driven public sector transformation. I specialize in delivering end-to-end consulting solutions, working at the intersection of policy, analytics, and execution to design scalable, sustainable, and citizen-centric mobility systems. Currently, I am part of the Madhya Pradesh Transport Department-Project Management Unit, supporting the setup and operationalization of a new state-level public transport entity (Madhya Pradesh Yatri Parivahan and Infrastructure Limited) under the Mukhya Mantri Sugam Parivahan Yojna. My role spans project coordination & monitoring, PPTs, data analysis, timelines, DPR/RfP tracking, route optimization, bus scheduling, digitization, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring effective implementation and operational readiness. I have led the identification and structuring of 5000+ routes, covering all districts and city bus services under PM e-Bus Sewa, enabling efficient network planning and service optimization. I regularly collaborate with bureaucrats and ministerial stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and execution. Previously, I have contributed to diverse infrastructure engagements, including CMPs, Smart City initiatives, financial feasibility, greenfield projects, and traffic impact assessments, supporting data-driven decision-making and end-to-end advisory delivery.
