Me and my team have two simple goals: 1. Continuously improve the ADK product, and 2. Use the ADK to boost productivity within different departments at Botpress. Self-serving by design, we fix our own problems and solve larger ones along the way.
I own product strategy and design for the platform and manage a team of product designers. I author PRDs, design interfaces, build POCs, create demos, and develop internal tools for benchmarking and evaluation. When needed, I reverse engineer competitor products to understand the landscape and inform direction. Having worked in engineering, product, design, and GTM, I can partner effectively with most functions—or move independently when speed matters. I support sales with technical expertise during deals, provide product knowledge to customer success for support escalations, and work directly with engineering to accelerate development. I go where I'm most useful. I represent the product to internal teams, external partners, and customers. Teaching myself the intersection of product, design, and engineering in AI. ● Built a SharePoint integration for Botpress to sync document libraries with the Knowledge Base, used by 2+ enterprise customers to streamline internal content ingestion. ● Ran an A/B test on the Botpress SSO page, localizing it into the top 5 user languages. Found no impact on sign-up rates, challenging assumptions about language-based conversion gains. ● Improved documentation for the embedded Botpress Webchat, making integration easier for developers and reducing friction in setup. ● Conducted an in-depth competitor analysis across pricing, features, and positioning, and shared recommendations with leadership to inform product and GTM strategy. ● Built the “copy-to” feature to duplicate bot configurations without affecting state, enabling agencies to manage multi-client deployments from a single root bot. ● Reduced Mixpanel costs by 50% by introducing a reverse ETL aggregation step to lower event volume without sacrificing key insights. ● Worked closely with clients to deliver 2 pilot projects, uncovering real-world use cases to inform product direction, and supported revenue and retention growth.
● Led a team of 4 engineers to develop the company's flagship product, resulting in a 10% year-over-year increase in software revenue. ● Spearheaded the re-architecture of a key robot programming platform, unlocking millions in sales, while improving test coverage, development velocity, and overall system robustness, leading to increased internal confidence in the product. ● Collaborated with stakeholders across the company to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. ● Led scrum teams through 8 major firmware release cycles, achieving close to 100% on-time delivery. ● Contributed 500+ commits across the codebase, from code for firmware running on a BeagleBone AI to the application layer running in the cloud. ● Implemented rigorous code review standards, leading to an 18% decrease in production bugs
● Developed a decision tree application that enabled users to validate software configurations against hardware setups and provided resolution methods for discrepancies, reducing post-sales support time by an estimated 50%. ● Created a UI Editor application allowing users to design Operator UIs with real-time features, such as displaying program variables, monitoring machine output states, and providing program inputs. ● Overhauled legacy code using OOP principles and dependency injection, enhancing code maintainability and reducing bug issues by approximately 25%. ● Mentored 2 interns, supporting them with code reviews, walkthroughs, and providing detailed technical requirements.
- Implementation of the LogMine 2016 paper to automate the general pattern detection process (clustering followed by pattern recognition) in system log data and to do so efficiently and fast. - Working with the NextGenOps DS team to provides AI solutions to decrease downtime with the help of system log data to automatically detect and provide resolutions for managing 300+ Jio applications.
