Explaining the installation procedure to client and Installation Company. 2. Planning of man power and tools required for installation along with schedule for installation. 3. Worked as a Mechanical Engineer ‘Installation & Commissioning’ and have successfully completed the following projects:- Project 1: Project of grinding unit at Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire, Africa. This site has a grinding unit with vertical roller mill supplied by M/s Loesche LM 63.3+3 CS of 360 t/h capacity. It consisted of four cement silos, packing plant with 3 packers and loading conveyors, two clinker silos, Belt conveyors and Raw material shed. Project 2: Project of Sitarail, Clinker Transport system at Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire, Africa. This site has Belt conveyors, two clinker hoppers ( 250 tons each) and truck and train loading spouts. Responsibilities with Intercem include the following: Supervision of Installation and commissioning of equipments and instruments for Cement Silos. Supervision of Installation and commissioning of Bucket Elevators. Supervision of installation and commissioning of Packing Plant.
