Senior Product Manager specialising in Salesforce‑powered GTM platforms with 12+ years in B2B SaaS across MongoDB, Informatica, Sonata, DXC and HPE. I focus on building scalable Sales, CS and Partner workflows on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ that directly move revenue and efficiency metrics.
