I am an ambitious and detail-oriented M.Sc. Molecular Biotechnology student at Hochschule Anhalt, Germany, with a strong academic foundation in molecular biology, cell biology, and biotechnology. My professional experience includes : 👉🏻Research internship at UFZ Leipzig , University of leipzig( Cell and developmental Biology) Total 8 months 👉🏻IDEXX Diagnostik Laboratory (clinical sample management) - Currently working 👉🏻Master's thesis at Department of Virology (University of Leipzig ) 6 Months, where I was working extensively in cell culture, Transcriptomics analysis and molecular biology techniques to establish transcriptomics methods for an organoid-derived chicken intestinal 2D cell model. 👉🏻Research Project at Department of Biosciences and Medical Biology, University of Salzburg, Austria, where I am working with kinetics of F. nucleatum and internalization study in colorectal cancer cell line and immune cells model ( 3 Months) - Funded by European Region Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students program My expertise spans: ✅ Cell culture & immunoassays – Handling immune cells, flow cytometry, and staining techniques, Hematology and clinical sample preparation and testing; organoid and chicken intestinal cell line ✅ Molecular techniques – DNA/RNA isolation, qPCR, protein analysis (SDS-PAGE, western blot), sequencing, Microbiology and molecular genetics techniques ✅ Bioinformatics & data analysis – Basics of Python and R, FlowJo, FCS Express, and sequencing software With a dual master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology and Biosciences, I am eager to apply my biopharmaceutical research, diagnostics, and biotechnology innovation skills, and compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory environment.
