I’m Ajay Kumar Verma, a passionate and driven Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Dharwad. My academic journey laid a strong foundation in engineering principles, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving—skills that I’ve continuously honed through real-world experiences. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with reputed organizations such as DRDO and BPCL, where I gained valuable insights into research, development, and operations in high-impact environments. These roles deepened my curiosity for how systems work and how engineering can be applied to solve complex, real-world problems. Currently, I’m working as an Assistant Manager at NTPC, where I contribute to the operation and management of one of India’s leading power generation companies. Here, I continue to build on my technical and managerial capabilities while striving to make a meaningful impact in the energy sector..
