Enthusiastic Automotive Software Engineering Master's student at Technical University Chemnitz, blending solid theoretical knowledge with practical expertise. My coursework, spanning Hardware-Software Co-design and ECU programming, aligns seamlessly with my hands-on experience at AKKODIS. Currently engaged in a Work Study position, I contribute to building a resource-efficient Reduced Order Powertrain model for FENDT tractors, optimizing its representation in the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environment. A Full Stack Development certification enhances my versatility, bridging software development and full-stack implementation, while past roles in Automotive HIL Testing and ECU software testing demonstrate my proficiency in Python automation and CAN bus simulation. Recognized for a detail-oriented approach, I'm poised to make impactful contributions to Automotive Software Engineering, driven by a passion for innovation and excellence.
• Designing and implementing a reliable automated extraction tool for Pixhawk Dataflash (.bin) log files. • Automatically detects and extracts key mission events such as arming, disarming, flight mode transitions and failsafe events with accurate timestamps. • Converted raw binary telemetry data into standardized, time-stamped CSV and JSON datasets for quantitative UAV post-flight mission analysis. • Developed a modular and scalable platform that reduces manual effort and enables consistent, objective UAV mission evaluation.
• Assembled automotive towing bars from the component level following defined technical specifications. • Installed and integrated wiring harnesses, ensuring correct routing and electrical integrity. • Performed in-process and final quality checks to identify defects and ensure functional compliance. • Conducted basic electrical and functional tests prior to dispatch.
• Building a Reduced Order Model for the physics-based Continuous Variable Transmission system for FENDT tractors. • Layout a resource and computationally efficient representation of a model into the HIL test environment and for digital twins. • It should satisfy the input requirements of the machine control software and should be computationally efficient. • Provide a standardized approach towards building a Reduced Order Model.
• HIL testing of the automotive ECU. • Creation and maintenance of automated test cases with Python.
• Automation of Test cases with framework of Customer (FENDT). • HIL (Hardware-In the-Loop simulation) testing of the Automotive ECU. • Creation and maintenance of automated test cases with Python. • Creating a CANoe panel setup for partial automation of functions in GUI to increase the test efficiency. • Analyzing the CAN bus simulation in Vector CANoe.
• Erection, testing and commissioning of Ring Main Units, Distribution Transformers, Low Tension Distribution Boxes, Street Light Controllers, Automatic Power Factor Controllers, etc. • Involved in supervision, testing and commissioning Consultant. • Cable glanding, end termination, jointing, Testing and commissioning of HT and LT underground cable. • Gained experience on site contract procedures, communication skills and maintaining good working relationships with the clients.
