Responsible for procurement of bulks material pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, CS / LTCS / SS / DSS / ALLOY 625-825 / Cu-Ni / Titanium, Pipes, , Valves, Flanges, Fittings, Gasket etc. for ZADCO Project (Zakkum field-UZ 750) - ADCO Group-Abu Dhabi 1. Procurement of materials and services from global sources including selection of vendors (Inquiry Bidder List-IBL), preparing bid documents, inviting bids, techno – commercial evaluation of bids, Pre-qualification of vendors, negotiation, ordering, risk management, post award PO administration, cost control & change management, supplier performance measurement, New vendor qualification and enhancement of exiting vendor qualification for global as well local requirements. 2. Co-ordination with various disciplines and client for Pre Order and Post Order activity. 3. Oversee the basic procurement process of receiving the material requests from Projects/Engineering, issue RFQ (Request for Quote) to the approved suppliers as per the project vendors list, receive bids, Pre-qualification of vendors, commercial evaluation and issue the Purchase orders to the successful bidder. 4. Benchmarking the current market prices of various Piping Items, i.e. Pipes,flange,fittings Valves & Piping Specialties using past projects data & LME Prices.
