Before that, I was at Rivian pre-IPO through the $12B public offering. At Rivian I managed 1/4th of the company's budget, saved the company $70M leading cost saving strategies, I built the hiring infrastructure that scaled the company from 3K to 15K+ people that's still used today, and built tools all 12 executives used daily.
