Twenty-Three years of experience in Project and Construction Management including scope and budget development, overseeing engineering and procurement deliverables, managing open and closed shop construction execution and turnover management for manufacturing, chemicals and power industries. Managed field efforts in both the manufacturing and power business sectors. Mining Experience – Includes establishing permitting procedures and training local nationals to complete permitting work, management of procurement and contracting activities, and project/construction management over infrastructure work. Manufacturing Experience – Includes scope and budget development, management of engineering and procurement activities, site safety manager on a closed shop site, and construction management over open and closed shop installations. Power Experience – Includes managing engineering design, procurement, material management activities and turnover manager. Government Experience – Includes managing the assessment process used in evaluating the suitability of commercial and private sites submitted to provide temporary housing for Katrina Disaster victims. Responsible for the deployment and turnover of FEMA assets (temporary housing) to disaster victims. Chemical Experience – International assignment to provide coordination effort with engineering and construction to implement Teaming Contractor for M E & I Contract Package. Included preparing of bid package and reducing qualified contractors from 15 down to the four best technical contractors. Construction Technology Experience – Includes management of a $1.76M overhead budget with fourteen direct reports world wide. Provide implementation, training, and support of corporate construction automated tools to projects as well as support sales presentations to clients.
