Oversee residential experience for diverse residential students across four residential facilities. Develop and execute original training curriculum for university employees from various departments. Assign room and board plans for all residential applications received by using CAMS housing system. Facilitate student mediations and provide resolutions for students involved in on-campus conflicts. Serve as department representative for university summer camps and conferences to manage logistics of security, custodial, facilities, and laundry staff as well as monitor summer student worker staff. Maintain positive quality of life for campus resident population through liaison with other departments. Participate in on-call duty to assist with crisis management on campus.
Monitored student staff and oversaw building administration and facility needs across three residential communities. Hired, trained, and established all student staff positions as member of Student Staff Development and Recruitment Committees within Housing and Residence Life. Worked as primary conduct officer on institutional conduct boards. Advised hall council and providing leadership to Learning Communities in order to promote student leadership opportunities in residence hall.
