Responsible for supporting the offshore pre-assembly and installation activities of Vestas V236 wind turbines as part of a multi-disciplinary project team. The scope of work includes mechanical and electrical completion, troubleshooting, and final inspections across multiple turbine components, ensuring full compliance with OEM specifications and safety standards. Conducting pre-assembly operations on major components including nacelle, tower sections, and hub assemblies. Performing mechanical completion, torque-controlled bolting, and component alignment in accordance with Vestas engineering procedures. Supporting electrical completion and troubleshooting tasks, including testing, terminations, and verification of control systems. Coordinating and executing heavy lifting operations with rigging teams, ensuring adherence to Lifting Plans and safety procedures. Performing pre-commissioning inspections, functional checks, and system verifications prior to handover. Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting deviations, and supporting quality assurance activities. Collaborating closely with client representatives, HSE teams, and subcontractors to deliver a safe and efficient pre-assembly process.
