Founded HeRN, an undergraduate-focused research network helping 60+ undergraduate students with research. Organised research workshops on MS Word, Reference management, Data management and analysis in Excel among 50+ students. Monthly assess and modify programs to increase their impact and increased workshop participation by 50%.
I designed and implemented activities that enable 270+ WMI Medical Scholars to meet, network and collaborate leading to a more connected and inclusive Medical Scholar Community. Activities included 1.- Tell Us About You Intro Month - Over 270 scholars introduced themselves and connected 2.- Founders' spotlight - NGO/CBO founder shared their stories 3.- Networking for Professional Growth Webinar 4.- WMI Med Network Session - Scholars from different countries broke down the practical steps, licensing requirements and unique realities of working in healthcare across borders in another country.
