As an Administrative Clerk at SP Care Group under the Finance Department, I am responsible for a broad range of administrative and financial support tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the organization in the healthcare industry. A key aspect of my role involves locum coordination for doctors, including handling locum payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments. I actively track and manage pending payments, regularly follow up with clients and companies, and send reminders for overdue payments to ensure financial transactions are completed promptly. Additionally, I maintain accurate records and documentation, including filing panel payment records and updating data systems to reflect real-time information. My role also requires close collaboration with my manager and senior colleagues to complete assignments efficiently and deliver results within deadlines. By utilizing my strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, I ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes while fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders. My proactive approach supports the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
During my internship in the operation and finance department, I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations and financial management. I assisted with day-to-day operations tasks such as process improvement initiatives, and customer service. Additionally, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. Through this experience, I developed a strong understanding of operational efficiency, financial analysis techniques, and the importance of cross-functional collaboration in achieving organizational goals. I also honed my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Overall, my internship provided me with valuable insights and practical skills that I am eager to apply in future roles within the field of operations and finance.
I provided personalized tutoring to students, helping them understand and complete their Sejarah assignments, including reading comprehension, essay writing, analyzing primary sources, and completing worksheets.
