About

I am the founder and Managing Director of The Future Organization LLC, a research and consulting firm that helps public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community-serving institutions improve strategy, service delivery, organizational design, evaluation, and implementation. I bring more than 25 years of experience across the United States and Australia, including work in housing, homelessness, equity, mental health, criminal justice, transportation, workforce design, public administration, and organizational transformation. My work focuses on helping leaders make better decisions in complex institutional environments. I design and lead applied research, evaluation, organizational change, and service improvement projects that combine quantitative and qualitative evidence with practical judgment about governance, implementation, and organizational capacity. I have advised and supported government, nonprofit, and cross-sector clients on issues involving vulnerable populations, public accountability, operational effectiveness, and equitable service delivery. I hold a Master of Public Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Master of Arts in International Relations, with Honours, from the Australian National University. I am nearing completion of a Ph.D. in Political Science and Psychology at Claremont Graduate University, with doctoral training that integrates public policy, organizational psychology, evaluation, statistics, survey research, cost–benefit analysis, organizational theory and change, and occupational health psychology. My academic work supports policy-relevant research and teaching on how institutional design, governance, and implementation shape organizational conditions and human outcomes. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner trained in organizational design, I build institutions and programs that are more effective, accountable, humane, and equitable.
