The HR Operations team at Google creates amazing experiences for candidates and Googlers by running services and program management, with the ultimate goal of making HR easy and intuitive for Googlers. The team creates world class experiences and people processes, from problem definition to execution, delivering 100+ operational services and implementing HR programs across 70+ countries.
- People management: managed a 100 person team across 8 sites in 6 countries in APAC. Responsible for all non technical hiring across 12 business units and 13 countries - Stakeholder management: 10 VPs and ~170 Snr Directors/Directors in the region. Partnered with the executive management team and Senior HR leaders to create and steer a talent acquisition strategy that anticipated the needs of evolving and scaling the APAC business, whilst optimising for both client and candidate experience - Deep knowledge of the DEI landscape in APAC and member of Google DEI Diversity Council in APAC - Key member of the global staffing leadership team. Double hatted and managed the EMEA GBOP staffing team in 2019 (whilst maintaining APAC role) - Fostered culture of learning
