· Provide full administrative support to the Vice President of UCAN Creative Marketing (180 team member spread throughout the Americas.) · Coordinate with multiple internal teams on project updates, approvals and route correspondence. · Schedule, manage and prioritize an ever-changing critically heavy calendar while proactively resolving any conflicts in a timely manner. · Plan special events for the Vice President including client dinners, team meetings, company outings and external meetings. · Assist with hiring, onboarding, and HR initiatives for administration team. · Responsible for arranging domestic and international travel; visa processing, passport renewals, TSA global entry, ground transportation and hotel accommodations. · Assemble and organize creative decks of wins and learnings for monthly creative meeting across UCAN. · Administer offsite events between 20-200 attendees, ensuring a smooth operation across (but not limited to) permits, finances, logistics, lodging, transportation and agendas. · Prepare presentations for keynote speaking engagements, conference registrations and premieres. · Collaborate closely with finance to process payments for all expense reports. · Maintain a level of poise and confidentiality when corresponding with high level executives and/or talent.
• Manage, generate and pitch content for all social media accounts using marketing strategies, brand research and current events. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting the most compelling photos and video clips that fulfill the needs and represent the brand positively. • Amplify Eva Longoria’s voice across all social media platforms to increase following and leverage brand partnership deals. • Manage press previews, monitor press clippings, track media impressions and maintain coverage reports. • Provide support for all general administrative and daily operations for Eva Longoria and Unbelievable Entertainment production company. • Staff off-site events such as red-carpet events including award shows, speaking engagements, Philanthropic galas, premiers and film sets. • Plan events, assist in guest list creation and manage timeline from inception to finale. Coordinate speaking engagements, schedule meetings, publicity tours, manage calendar complexities and travel. • Maintain timely awareness of possible and/or pending media items via communication with Publicists and other cross functional teams. • Extensive travel with Mrs. Longoria including but not limited to domestic and international press junkets, film sets, photo shoots and other professional engagements. • Identify key voices in the Latinx community and work to foster relationships with influencers and followers alike. • Leverage my expertise in the fashion industry to lead all communication with creative teams and factories throughout Europe for the Eva Longoria shoe collection. • Act as a liaison between Eva Longoria and production team to ensure smooth distribution, timeline accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Research emerging trends and work closely with design to execute ideas in a timely and cost effective manner while ensuring Target practices are met. Keep track of all development reporting requirements, which include line plan analysis, calendar actualization, and developed vs. adopted reports in order to improve the development process for future seasons. Communicate with overseas vendors regarding any changes or additional details during the development process. Partner with vendors to source trims and fabrics and maintain Target costing expectations. Inform cross functional teams of Target POL updates and requirements. Manage testing for fabric and trims during development and bulk process.
Execute all elements within the production cycle; specifically sourcing raw materials, balancing a T&A calendar, negotiating costing and freight booking with vendors. Partner with vendors in China, India, Peru and Domestic to ensure all lab dips, fabrics and trims are delivered in a timely manner for submit approvals. Initiate quality control upon receiving all production items as well as implement a strong inventory analysis of items. Work closely with design and tech teams to ensure styles fit properly and samples mirror original concept before processing bulk orders. Run WIP reports in Full Circle and notify team managers and vendors of potential delays in bulk orders. Perform data entry for division; create and maintain Style Master, enter cost sheets, processe bulk po’s, Drop Shipment po’s and SMS po’s.
Manage the complete product cycle from prototype to finality, insuring all costs are minimal and all products are at the highest quality.
