With over 25 years of experience in retail, property, procurement, and real estate, I served as Country Director for Property, Environment, Energy, and Real Estate Operations and Procurement at MD SpA, one of Italy’s leading retailers, from 2015 to 2025, strategically managing the real estate portfolio of stores, offices, and logistics centers across the country. Currently, as a freelance business advisor, my passion is on the development of real estate ventures across various asset classes and destinations, leveraging my extensive experience in the valuation and acquisition of real estate opportunities, the management of complex assets on behalf of private investors - particularly in logistics, office, residential, and retail - and consulting on procurement processes for companies operating in diverse industries as well as engineering and permitting management services extended to real estate assets and renewable energies ventures. During 2025, proudly, as a senior advisor, I've also activated a cooperation with LVMH and a constant advisory with BAIN, supporting transformative processes within the CapEx procurement area. Nowadays I operate within the COOP galaxy, pleasantly managing investments and indirect procurement. Holding PMP, EUR ING, and Executive MBA credentials, I have a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects, optimizing procurement, reducing costs and risks, and ensuring compliance and sustainability. With expertise in business development, investments, financial analysis, and contract negotiation, I drive value creation for companies and local communities through strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong partnerships with suppliers and developers, supported by the methodologies and knowledge guaranteed by my MCIPS certification.
