Executed cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction and throughput optimization across Aseptic, Packaging, and Warehouse departments. • Material & Waste Reduction: Led a DMAIC project capturing $60K in annual savings by reducing raw material consumption; built a Power BI report to provide stakeholders with weekly visibility into progress and results. • Operational Efficiency: Collected data to optimize 30+ packaging setups to reduce variation and improve throughput. Collaborated with vendors to re-engineer equipment parts, minimizing machine downtime and defective units. • Standardization & Quality: Authored defect-detection protocols and revised packaging documentation to establish standardized workflows. During my tenure at HCSC, I focused on enterprise-level strategy and process optimization, bridging the gap between IT operations and divisional business models. • Enterprise Architecture: Supported the design and development of the Business Capability Model for the Operations and Shared Services division, providing a roadmap for organizational alignment. • Service Optimization: Led a DMAIC project to shorten IT procurement lead times by identifying and eliminating critical workflow bottlenecks, accelerating service delivery to internal stakeholders.
• Selected as site CI Lead/Project Manager for a $1.1M project focusing on improving quality compliance and operational efficiency through strategic delivery of JD Edwards (JDE) enhancements & process automation solutions for the Bloomington site. • Other responsibilities include: events/deviations trend investigation, process mapping, Kaizen event facilitation, SOP/WI creation and revision, standard work, 5S, TPM, data analysis, Shingo - site transformation, etc.
Drug Product (Filling, Inspection, Packaging) --- Initiated, owned, and executed several Continuous Improvement initiatives to maximize production output, minimize downtime, and eliminate waste.
