During my tenure at UPS, I handled a diverse array of customer inquiries and refined my communication and problem-solving abilities. In relation to my field of study, by familiarizing myself with the company's proprietary software, I have a better idea on how to make more efficient and user-friendly UI. This role required adaptability and a knowledge on how to resolve customer issues. UPS has provided me a valuable foundation for developing the skills needed for a successful career in the future.
