Working as a BDA I drive new business growth at Thomas International. I own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close, managing both inbound enquiries and self-generated outbound pipeline. My approach is consultative throughout - understanding the people challenges a business is facing before positioning how Thomas's platform can solve them. On the outbound side, I prospect strategically across target sectors, identifying the right stakeholders and building conversations that are relevant, timely, and commercially led. On the inbound side, I move quickly to qualify, engage, and advance opportunities with pace and precision.
