At McKinsey & Company, I specialize in topics at the intersection of Consumer/Retail and Private Equity. I support clients in their commercial diligence process all the way through value creation (both top line and bottom line). I am passionate about understanding how consumer behavior shapes industries, informs investment theses, and ultimately impacts how to position businesses to capture growth. I am currently part of the New York office, but started in Casablanca where I supported clients across various sectors, from banking to energy and telco. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, I worked as a consultant at The Walt Disney Company, and participated to their supply chain transformation program. I am a proud alumna of the Yale School of Management and HEC Paris.

- Contributing to the supply chain expansion of Disneyland Paris as part of the 1.5B€ investment program reshaping the organization, technology, automation, and processes for the next 5 years. - Creating communication and sharing of best practices about transformational work in Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney (US), and Disney Consumer Products (London).
- Developed expansion strategy of a high-end ice cream maker, led marketing and innovation project - Conducted P&L analysis of a music festival (#2 in terms of attendance in France), providing recommendations to increase profitability continuously over next 3 years
- Compiled market reports on the skincare industry - Conducted P&L analysis for product lines and estimations of manufacturing risks - Collaborated on 2019-2020 marketing plans
