I’m a first-year MBBS student at the University of Lancashire with a deep passion for medicine, research, Med Tech, and meaningful leadership. My journey into healthcare has been shaped by curiosity, compassion, and a drive to constantly grow — whether through academic excellence, student representation, or hands-on clinical experience. I currently serve as the Treasurer of the Radiology Society and as a Student Representative for the BIDA Student Wing, where I enjoy creating supportive student spaces, managing responsibilities with integrity, and helping build communities that uplift others. I thrive in roles that combine organisation, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Before medical school, I gained diverse experience across clinical volunteering, emergency care, dentistry, and pharmacy, which strengthened my communication skills and built a strong foundation in patient interaction and healthcare delivery. My volunteer work with Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust taught me the value of empathy, reliability, and being present for people during difficult moments. I’m particularly interested in: • Research and clinical innovation • Radiology and diagnostic sciences • Leadership and academic society involvement • Student welfare, representation, and community-building • Continuous personal and professional development As I progress through medical school, my goal is to expand my research portfolio, pursue competitive opportunities, and contribute to projects that make a real difference in patient care. I’m always open to connecting with professionals, fellow students, and organisations involved in medical research, clinical education, and student leadership.
