Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules for large-scale oil and gas project – Kalamkas-Khazar with offshore platforms installation and onshore CPF construction, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices. Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and construction teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient workflow throughout project lifecycle. Utilize advanced scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project to prepare detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and project execution plans. Conduct regular progress reviews, update schedules, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing the accuracy of project forecasts and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures.
Prepare, update, issue and analyze weekly Dunga Phase 3 Project weekly schedule updates. Support Contractor Planning to achieve project delivery dates as per approved Baseline schedules. Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors and provide all required inputs to Turnaround team. Implement approved training plan for direct reports and develop training plan for next year. In coordination with Risk coordinator, Cost team and Project Engineers, support the implementation of Cost-Schedule Risk Analysis on major projects. Prepare schedule module for Safran Monte Carlo simulations. Prepare, arrange review & obtain approval and issue the reports (HQ Weekly & Monthly reports, Dunga projects monthly report, PSA & Partners Monthly reports, Partners Weekly report).
Creating from scratch EPC schedules for Facility Modification Projects. Review and validate Contractor schedules for FDPA Water Plant and Dunga Phase 3 Projects, maintain and update weekly Company Integrated Overall schedule. Provide regular inputs for IAP short-term and long-term plans. Supporting Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis exercises by providing solid fit for use schedule models. Provide comprehensive Weekly/Monthly reports to Headquarters and Partners. Leading a team of Planner and Quantity Surveyors providing support for Dunga Phase 3 project and facility Modification Projects. During my stay here in Total has completed number of Greenfield Projects such as getting online cluster of new producing wells or building new Water Treatment Plant. But also was involved in variety of Brownfield projects such as replacement of HP/LP Flare stack or Replacement of Oil Heaters and Compressors for Dunga Phase 3 Project.
Carried out Daily Schedule updates on SGI 2017 mini Turnaround. Planning Engineer designated to KTL 2019 Turnaround. Creating from scratch detailed resource loaded schedule for 2019 KTL Turnaround Unit 700 Gas. Working together with Coordinators and Contractors to verify logic, duration and steps, Communicate to Management minimum resource requirement after leveling .
Monitor, assess and forecast progress of activities of interfaces and construction work. Set up construction progress assessment basis and reporting system. Prepare/ collate weekly and monthly construction progress reports with deviation analysis for input into overall project status reports for management. Assist construction team in developing alternative execution strategies for critical work areas to resolve problems before or during execution.
