Performance rating ‘Good’ and received multiple ‘Recognition Quarterly Bonus’ for work performance. ⦁ AP P2P operational tasks, vendor balance reconciliation, processing invoices ⦁ Back-up of Team Leader (during absence) ⦁ Provide training and support to new joiners in projects ● Create Work Instructions / Impact Assessment during migration via interviews and observations with client’s SME. ● Hold stakeholder meetings with senior (Engagement) managers during migration. ● Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to delivery team. Maintain close connectivity with stakeholders during and after migration to ensure smooth transition of handover. ● Provide training for other stakeholders related to migration process e.g., behaviour towards client, questionnaire related to scope of expertise, structure during tight deadlines and stakeholder management. ● Travel abroad to support client on site with their backlog (AP P2P). ● Review and resolve client queries with focus on customer satisfaction and SLA. ⦁ Perform audits.
