I am currently completing MSc. Data Analytics and Human Resources Management at the University of Leeds, developing advanced analytical skills in workforce analytics, organisational performance and strategic HRM after more than four years of experience in Total Rewards and HR operations within multinational companies including Nestlé and Mercedes-Benz.
