3/2018 - Now: Human Resources - C.P VIET NAM Corporation - To research Labor law, Social insurance law, Employment law and the law relating to building procedure, forms and policies. - Update changes in labor laws and decrees to align with the Company. - Update and translate notifications, regulations from CPF and revise those notifications and regulations to be suitable for CPV. - Monitor and ensure compliance with the company's policies and labor regulations in each region. - Develop HR processes from recruitment to resignation. - Monitor the implementation of HR processes, update and revise necessary changes during operations to align with the actual situation. - Collaborate with branch HRM to check the implementation and compliance with regulations related to labor laws, social insurance, and other relevant laws. - Receive and advise on issues related to employees (feedback/complaints, temporary suspension of labor contracts, resignation, etc.). - Plan to preview forms, procedure and policies; supplement and modify what is needed. - Statistics of employments list: new employees; turnover; retire… - Building labor regulations, labor agreements. 2/2017 - 3/2018: Human Resources - JIN YANG ELECTRONIC - Making recruitment planning and take care all recruitment activities, ensure that qualified candidates are recruited t imely to meet the needs of department. - Setting up compensation and benefit policy and review it every month/ year. - Controlling monthly salary payroll, daily record, overtime calculation, ensure payment monthly salary on time in confidential. - Controlling training contract, probationary contract, labor contract for employee. Controlling transportation for employees working outside including budget and planning. Controlling new visa and passport, work permit for foreigner. - Setting up and training fire protection team. - Controlling canteen and checking meal and ensure quality of meal for employee. 10/2015 - 2/2017: Project Manager - POUSUNG CO.,LTD - Making sample shoe ( received the Spec sheet, pattern, material..) from BTVN developer- > Tearing down, meeting with Nike NLO, patterns, stitching, assembling teams. - Following the sample proceeding- > shipping out sample to BTVN and Taiwan- > received feedback from developer and BTVN- > make action plan report. - Tracking stitching, assembling, material, tooling process. - Setting up schedules and controlling lead- t ime, working- t ime and delivery time. Making project file of each stage after trials to Nike and Taiwan. - Making PFC file perfectly before project is on mass production.
