Develop strategies, design comprehensive frameworks, policies, and guidelines, lead the implementation of all Learning & Organization Development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives
Develop and implement HR strategies and people agenda for partnered functions (including Collections and others), providing HR services and consultation on Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent & Capability Development, and Employee Engagement, aiming to enable partnered functions to gain value and competitive advantage through people, thereby achieving business objectives
Define and lead the strategy for Executive Hiring and Talent Acquisition Solutions, including full ownership of the recruitment budget, development of effective sourcing methodologies, and ensuring a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles, while also driving Employer Branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
Develop the overall strategy and lead the design and implementation of frameworks, policies, and initiatives across key Organization Development areas, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Employer Branding, and Employee Engagement, to effectively support the company in achieving its business objectives
Develop and execute the Talent Solutions strategy, encompassing both Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to build strong external and internal talent pipelines, lead recruitment campaigns and design development frameworks for key talent programs such as Management Trainee and Supervisory Trainee, drive the Total Rewards strategy and proposals to enhance compensation competitiveness, supporting talent attraction and retention in a dynamic market.
Oversee key HR Services sub-functions, including the design and implementation of automated HR Information Systems to enhance productivity and efficiency. Develop HR policies and processes to ensure governance, build competitive salary structures, and drive Compensation & Benefits initiatives aligned with Group direction. Manage nationwide operations for Recruitment and HR Shared Services, covering employee data, payroll, and HR reporting & analytics
Provide strategic HR partnership and consultative support to business leaders in Supply Chain and Supporting Functions, enabling informed decision-making through proactive people management insights and solutions
