Develop and test innovative beverage concepts for seasonal and permanent menu offerings across a 50+ store franchise network. Created the Cookie Butter Chai and accompanying operational SOPs, resulting in the highest-selling chai beverage during pilot testing and a permanent menu rollout across all locations. Authored 12+ beverage recipes and SOPs, ensuring consistency, scalability, and ease of execution for franchise partners. Conduct consumer tasting events for unreleased beverage concepts, gathering qualitative feedback and performance data to guide product refinement, menu decisions, and launch readiness. Analyze customer feedback, tasting results, and operational considerations to iterate on recipes and improve overall product performance. Evaluate and provide feedback on Barista R&D Program submissions, assessing innovation, execution, and operational feasibility while supporting beverage development across the company. Identify opportunities to improve drink preparation methods and ingredient workflows, increasing operational efficiency and product consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, testing, launch planning, and seasonal menu innovation.
