- Overall responsibility for APAC Human Resources Operation performance including Budget, People Management and development, Service Level Management, and driving further and on-going performance opportunities. - Strategically drive the Stakeholder Engagement, model review and Corporate Intelligences, responsibility for promoting the regional Human Resource Operation hub, embedding the model and building the brand in APAC. - Provides Strategic Direction, Management and Motivation to all APAC Human Resources Operation employees - Strategically lead the change and deliver the consistency of Human Resources Operation outcomes which contributes to the productivity and efficiency of HR in business ambitions.
- Organization effectiveness: absorb business strategy, identify implications and priorities, implement action plans, and where possible evaluate interventions around organization design, leadership team effectiveness, employee engagement, and business capability development - Strong leadership presence and impact as a member of the Vietnam Leadership Team, and contribution towards the business ambition in long term run. - Talent and organziation development: Diagnose and deliver full talent interventions (quality, diversity and depth of capability) against business needs. - Facilitate and coach the leadership team and create conditions for great performance achievement
- Lead, plan, and strategically organize human capitals to drive business outcomes. - Strategic leading talents process to meet requirements of Talent Advancement cycles: succession planning is exercised throughout the company and evaluates plans across departments. - Drive people agenda to contribute business success from front-end. - Lead and manage all activities of back office to harmonize the people resources.
