Work description : To handle customer’s renovation needs from A to Z. a) Introducing and promoting our one stop renovation services to the owners at Razak City Residences at Sungai Besi via face to face, WhatsApp and Facebook. b) Attending to potential customer concerns and enquiries either online or at our showroom at one of the units. c) Preparing quotations according to customer requirements. d) To follow up on the quotations and make amendment if required. e) To issue invoice and collect downpayment from the customer in order to start work. f) To help customer to chase the progress on defect rectification work if any. g) To help customer to apply for renovation permit by liaising with the individual management offices at different blocks. h) To help customers to decide and select design & colors for their new home. i) To make arrangements for different subcontractors to the worksite according to the sequence of work. j) To update customers on the work progress status. k) To follow up on progressive payment status and update the Accounts Department accordingly. l) To check on the invoices and billing from the subcontractors m) To assist on renovation inspection for deposit refund purpose if owner is too busy. n) To introduce real estate agents to help offer customer’s unit for sale or rent, if required. o) To share and post the photos of our finished work or project to different groups in the Facebook after completion.
