Installation and lifecycle management of 350+ Kubernetes clusters using Hepsiburada Kubernetes Engine (HKE). Oversaw multi-cloud operations across Google Cloud Platform, Huawei Cloud and Microsoft Azure, driving platform consistency and scalability. Delivered multiple cloud cost optimization and automation projects, achieving over $250K in annual savings through strategic tooling and architecture improvements. Successfully led the full migration of Hepsiburada’s infrastructure from Vanilla Kubernetes to HKE powered by Cluster API, implementing end-to-end automation in a team environment. Automated the migration of Elasticsearch clusters to OpenSearch, transitioning from SaltStack to cloud-init-driven DevOps Catalog tools with a developer-friendly interface. Integrated and managed stateful services within the DevOps Catalog with best practices (zero downtime, big data, and messaging migration strategies). Services include: Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Varnish, Consul, and OpenSearch. Played a key role in incident response and planned maintenance for mission-critical microservices such as Basket, Order, Campaign, Catalog, Customer, and Order Management Systems. Supporting the implementation of SOX compliance across DevOps processes by ensuring auditability and security. Managing and optimizing CI/CD workflows with GitLab, ArgoCD for GitOps-style deployments, and Airflow for pipeline automation. Developed numerous Ansible-based automation scripts, streamlining repetitive tasks and configuration management. Responsible for monitoring architecture, including Thanos, Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana for Kubernetes and stateful services. Strong hands-on experience in Python and Bash scripting; currently building proficiency in Go. Lead internal technical initiatives: mentoring team members, defining scalable architectures, and promoting DevOps best practices. Openstack VmWare Platforms usage.
