  • Executive Board Director at NEOPAY
    Jan 2025 - Mar 2026 · 1 yr 3 mos

It has been a privilege to support NEOPAY as it continued to grow as a leading digital payments platform, focused on seamless payment solutions, secure transaction infrastructure, and technology-led innovation for the modern economy. What makes this journey especially meaningful to me is that my involvement started well before joining the Board. I was fortunate to play a key role in the origination, investment process, and closing of the Dgpays investment with Arcapita, which ultimately led to Dgpays becoming a shareholder in NEOPAY. Following that transaction, I was proud to join the Board of NEOPAY, serving alongside respected partners and stakeholders including Mashreq, and contributing to the company during an important phase of growth and strategic development. During this period, I had the opportunity to contribute across strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, and broader value creation, while also supporting the leadership team as the business evolved in a dynamic and fast-moving market. For me, this was never just about a transaction or a board seat. It was about helping bring together strong institutions, good people, and long-term ambition to support the growth of a business with real relevance and potential. I leave with sincere appreciation for the trust, the collaboration, and the relationships built along the way. I am proud to have been part of this journey and wish the NEOPAY team continued success and progress in the years ahead.

  • Head of International - Dgpays Group | Board Director at DgPays
    May 2022 - Mar 2026 · 3 yrs 11 mos

When I joined, Dgpays had very limited business outside Türkiye. Looking back, I feel proud to have played an instrumental role in helping the company expand beyond its home market and evolve into a fintech business with real international presence, strategic clients, stronger regional visibility, and landmark cross-border transactions. A few milestones stand out for me personally: • Signing MBANK (Al Maryah Community Bank) as a client, strengthening our presence in the UAE • Supporting the launch of Jaywan, an important milestone for the UAE payments ecosystem • Signing JazzCash as a client, one of the most important international wins for Dgpays • Supporting the launch of the new online payment gateway, expanding our digital commerce capabilities • Playing a key role from origination to signing and closing of the NEOPAY acquisition — a landmark transaction for Dgpays and, in my view, potentially the largest fintech acquisition completed by a Turkish fintech outside Türkiye • Contributing during a period when Dgpays also attracted major backing from Truffle Capital, EBRD, and Mastercard The NEOPAY acquisition will always remain especially meaningful to me. It was not just a transaction. It was a defining moment in Dgpays’ international journey, and I am proud to have been deeply involved throughout the full lifecycle of the deal. But beyond the milestones, what I value most is having had the chance to help build something bigger than individual wins: helping shape Dgpays into a genuinely international fintech company with greater reach, stronger credibility, and wider ambition. I leave with gratitude for the trust, the support, and the relationships built along the way. Proud of what we achieved together, and thankful to everyone who was part of that journey.
