As part of the Sınırsız Yetenek project which is organized by Turkcell, I experienced the Human Resources department for a week and experienced many live-online trainings. At the same time, we carried out a group project in Human Resources & Marketing. We made our presentation in a short time like one week. It was very challenging but great opportunity!
I participated Continuous Improvement Studies (smed/kaizen) in the production department, on a project basis and voluntarily, I experienced during the school period and one day a week. - Presmetal operates in automotive parts industry.
