As part of the National Internship Program, I had the opportunity to intern in the banking sector, where I significantly enhanced my knowledge in risk analysis, financial documentation, internal auditing, and regulatory compliance. This experience allowed me to observe the core functions of banking institutions and actively contribute to operational tasks, further developing my attention to detail, responsibility awareness, and analytical thinking. It also gave me valuable insight into the importance of adhering to financial regulations and internal control processes.
As a Derivative Markets Trainee at Borsa İstanbul, I had the chance to deepen my knowledge of derivative instruments, including futures and options, and their impact on financial markets. Throughout the internship, I explored how these products are structured, traded, and used for hedging and speculation.
