Job Definition: -Management of Quality Management System and IATF 16949 system -To Lead IATF auditing and training -Manage relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers -To Lead monthly quality performance reviews meeting for top management. -To Lead monthly KPI reviews meeting for top management. -Managing monitor and report out on customer scorecards and metrics -Managing sorts and rework activities -Lead accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis -To research new technologies and apply Kaizen to reduce process cost and improve process continuously, involve in APQP,SPC and other Quality & Manufacturing improvement activities -To Coordinate corrective action activities -Management of welding&control fixture production process -Management of prototype build process and project trial activities -PPAP document tracking, project schedule reporting for project milestones -Preparing PPAP presentation to Customer for serial and new projects -Managing project tasks, preparing and updating project plannings -Management of PPAP tracking and process quality audits at suppliers -Reports to management with systematic documentation of work done for each phase of projects. -PSW submission on time to customers -Managing SPC & MCA studies -Provide technical training to quality department personnel -Management of follow up all quality problems according to internal and external claims and feedbacks, prepare action plans and realize those plans in agreed time scale,in coordination.
Managing the customer and suppliers relationship. . To report quality status of projects to management weekly. . Managing of supplier audits for the projects. . To support mass production for quality improvements activities . Joining project meetings and trial activities at toolmakers, in house and customer facility. .Lead cross divisional P-FMEA activity, follow up implementation of FMEA actions . Become communication window for costumer quality members, . Follow quality problems from costumers . Preparing PPAP files and follow PPAP files updates .Study on part quality requirements in new projects, share result with process design team and ensure tool process/design compatibility.Prepare and follow IMDS system and documents . To analyse past quality concerns and reflect the new project quality planning activity . Analyse quality problems in new projects and develop action plans with customer design team, follow up action progress. . Managing fixture design and manufacturing activity with fixtures. .To define possible quality risk in new projects and ensure suitable countermeasures are taken by project team.
Study on supplier quality issues and related improvement activities. Managing of incoming material and material quality status. Managing suspended products and products accepted by concession. Managing Chassis/Welding Control Laboratory. (to supervise Measuring activities and keep mass production tests up for material and supplier validation.) Follow up calibration and verification processes To define quality standards, monitor and coordinate sub-suppliers (Audit, Taking key role in problem solving team and/or leading problem solving team in case of any customer complaint and/or internal failure. Coordinating quality and technical processes in manufacturing areas. To analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues. To ensure communication and coordination with the supplier and the customer. Coordinate quality and technical processes in specific manufacturing areas. To develop and update process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, production diagrams, layouts)
