Seasoned emergency management leader with over 15 years of expertise in search and rescue, specializing in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) threats. Currently serving as Deputy Provincial Director at Çanakkale AFAD since August 2025, overseeing provincial disaster preparedness, response coordination, and team leadership in one of Turkey's key seismic zones. Previously, as Head of the Management and Planning Working Group at AFAD's. I spearheaded the TAMP Disaster Search and Rescue Plan, K-9 team standardization, and international collaborations like Turkey's first global K-9 certification exam with IRO and the Baku 2023 Exercise (deploying 42 personnel for a 1,180-participant multinational drill).
