About

I graduated from Hacettepe University Department of Physics Engineering with the highest degree. I was awarded İhsan Doğramacı Outstanding Achievement Award. I completed my master's degree ans PhD in Nanotechnology and Nanomedicine Department at Hacettepe University. I specialized about Microfabrication methods, Photolithography and photolithography system, Dry Etching Systems, Wet Etching Methods, Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Ddeposition, Electron Beam Evaporation Systems, Thermal Evaporation Systems, Sputter Deposition System, Rapid Thermal Annealing System, Probe Measurement System, Ellipsometer and reflectometer systems I have some articles and patent applications. I have worked on Nanoparticle production by wet grinding method, Measurement of thermal conductivity of nanoparticles, Nanoparticle production by inert gas condensation method, Design of magnetic field controlled wire feeding system in nanoparticle production and implanting to vacuum system, XRD, Solar Cell, InP / InGaAs APD Production and Characterization, InGaAs Based Infrared Photodetector Arrays Production and Characterization, 4-slice photodetector Production, GaN HEMT / MMIC normally on device production, GaN HEMT / MMIC normally off device production and Betavoltaic cells. I have developed a new transparent ohmic metal for p-GaN containing devices, a: Si: H coating recipe with an accuracy of 1 nm by using the PECVD system, a new p-GaN / InAlN selective dry etch recipe for normally off HEMT devices, a recipe to change normally on GaN HEMT devices to normally off by F-implantation using the Plasma system, nonalloyed ohmic contact for GaN HEMT devices, a gate foot etch prescription to improve the current drop problem on GaN HEMT devices, a dry etch recipe on GaN HEMT devices to open gates with a gate foot length of 150 nm. I have done the fabrication of Turkey's first betavoltaik detectors, Turkey's first 1550 nm peak wavelength sensitive InGaAs (APD) avalanche photodetectors, Turkey's first THz GaN MMIC devices. The discipline of Physics Engineering and the institutions I've worked for have given me the ability to adapt and learn quickly in any field.
