Operated as a Senior Operations Manager with a lead role in logistics design, logistics services procurement, operation implementation, operation management, cost reduction and execution for P&G Middle East&Africa,Tesco and Eataly (Italian Gourmet Market & Restaurant) customers. Procter&Gamble: o Managed Arabian Peninsula inbound and outbound logistics operations with annual 20.000 containers volume. o Built and executed Control Tower Team who are in charge of import and export operations across Middle East & Africa regions. o Led value creation projects and delivered saving targets for the customer. o Led the team of 40 white collars from different levels including operation managers in Istanbul, Saudi Arabia and Dubai. 4 direct reports. Eataly: o Planned project roll-out and designed end to end supply chain operations. (3PL management, import, customs, bounded warehouse, warehouse, store delivery, goods receipt, shelf management in store) o Managed end to end logistics operations and led 7 white collars, 25 blue collars team. Tesco: o Managed logistics income budget, coordinated the supplier meetings and led 4 white collars for start-up in the Tesco operations. o Led all logistics system implementations across whole region for all customers (BAT, P&G, Koç Group).
