Quality and Supplier Development Leader with about 9 years of experience across aerospace, defense, avionics, radar systems, electronic warfare, automotive, consumer electronics, industrial products, product safety, testing, measurement systems, and electronics manufacturing industries. Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional quality teams and managed quality operations across the entire product lifecycle, from supplier qualification and incoming quality assurance to process quality, product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. My expertise lies in establishing robust quality management systems, improving supplier performance, reducing process variation, and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making. I have extensive experience implementing and maintaining quality systems in accordance with AS9100, IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP requirements. As a certified internal auditor, I regularly conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across organizations and supply chains. My approach is built on analytical quality methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques, including FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis, and reliability engineering principles. I am passionate about transforming complex quality challenges into sustainable solutions that improve product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and customer confidence. In addition to my quality leadership experience, I have developed strong technical capabilities through hands-on work and specialized training in IPC standards, ESD control, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, KNIME, Minitab, MATLAB, and ReliaSoft. This combination of technical depth and quality expertise enables me to effectively bridge engineering, manufacturing, supplier management, and business objectives. I am working as also "Incoming Quality Control and Supplier Quality Engineer" in Arcelik Dishwasher Plant Additionally,I have resposible of product safety in the Arcelik DW. Also, I am looking after component laboratory,electriacal safety tests,calibration laboratory in the company. Making MSA (manufacturer side assesment) audit to supplier periodically and also I am in the process of commissioning new suppliers.
I worked as "Production Quality and Quality Assurance Specialist". Vestel Electronics have produced PCBA. We produced not only our white goods but also automotive customer who is TESLA and TOGG To ensure the continuity of IATF 16949 within the company, Projects in my responsibility is automotive(electric vehicle), consumer products and electronics board.
I worked as "Production Quality Responsible". My duty was to examine the product produced in a company and the points related to those products in line with the costumer criteria and product criteria. To ensure the continuity of AS9100 standards within the company, My duty is to present the manufactured products ,which are night vision scope ,thermal vision camera system,day sight scope,day sight camera system to the customer who are the Turkish Army and provide technical support about the product at pre-sale and post-sale.
