After serving in the Air Force for many years, I use the competencies I have gained to mentor the team and manage retail operational activities under the roof of Apple. I enjoy trying to touch people's lives while continuing to learn every day.

- Supports Operations team in execution of inventory and processes in order to achieve Operational Excellence. - Gather, summarize and prepare data to support Leadership decision making in key areas including accuracy, shrink, service products etc. - Promote understanding and awareness of inventory performance among all employees. - Monitor and validate allocation and placement of in-store or store technology and demos to ensure they meet Apple Retail Principles. - Support the maintenance in Backstage retail technology systems and devices. - Conduct regular audits to ensure demo inventory and preservation standards are maintained in store. - Supervise task management and delivery for key inventory and preservation moments. - Educate and provide feedback to the Operations team based on observations to help build a culture of Operational Excellence. - Conduct daily store and remote space physical inspections and audits, and participate in a monthly review of the store with the EMEIA Preservation Manager. - Oversee the local vendors to ensure work order management tasks are being completed effectively and efficiently, and comply with Apple standards. - Ensure all applicable health and safety standards are being met, including the maintenance and testing of all life-safety and health systems. - Oversee store supply ordering process and ensure store needs are being met within the store’s budgetary guidelines, including inventory and demo products.
As a first lieutenant, I have been involved in the planning, coordination, management and execution of all domestic operations in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia in recent years, as well as the Air Operations-related parts of cross-border operations.
After completing the academic phase of basic flight training with the rank of lieutenant, I received war pilot training on an SF - 260D type aircraft at Çiğli 2nd Main Jet Base.
