- Responsible for total OTC line. Coordination of OTC Teams in countries through everyday touch. Contact point between countries and HQ. - Executing marketing research to address source of business to have better understanding on consumer journey & insights. - Developing and implementation of marketing plans together with local marketing teams, targeting different channels for sustainable growth. Close follow up on marketing activities throughout the year. - Reporting the execution and results of marketing activities in countries to HQ management team. - Data based market analysis on competition to generate competitive actions. - Creation and share of communication toolkits with country marketing teams for campaign and/or launch activities. All kind of marketing materials are included. - Strategic pipeline management. Close follow up between local country teams and HQ Teams. - Developing and execution of OTC Global Marketing Project in OTC portfolio; positioning, overall brand strategies, consumer journey, stakeholder mapping, medico marketing claims. Consumer campaigns in Kazakhstan & Albania. - Developing and execution of OTC Expansion Project; searching for opportunities in different OTC segments , trends & competition analysis and PL studies. 7 different countries & 58 markets. - Key achievements: - Sell out growth of 51% in total value in 2022 - strategic products sell out ppg: 62% (in KZ Market) - Driving initiatives in OTC portfolio in terms of end user communication strategy. +7 points of ms in value (from 39% to 46%) in sore throat market. +25% of growth in flu market. (in KZ Market) - Execution of international scientific meetings. - Continuous experience sharing between Turkish and local teams aiming best practices to be executed. - Country visits on regular basis.
