* Troubleshoot the routing , switching, security ,wireless and voice issues as level 2 and Level 3 engineering support * Immediate action and troubleshooting in case of network problems to ensure ultimate availability of network which carry customer Voice, Data Services, Data Center and the company intranet traffic * Provide hands-on support, maintenance, performance monitoring, and optimization on core network * Responsible for determining hardware/software product needs for customer network * Coordinate with abroad customer locations for any network changes, design or implementation * Coordinate with vendor specific cases with Technical Assistance engineers. * Provide planning and technical reports and risk analysis documents * Coordinate and planning Data Center Migration Project * Network Infrastructure assessment for customers * Call Center Network Configuration / Implementation / Operations * Knowledge of WAN & LAN: TCP/IP, Ethernet, PPP, STP, PVST, RSTP, MSTP, L2VPN, L3VPN, IP Services * Knowledge of Inter & Intra AS Routing: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF * Knowledge of IPSEC, GRE, SSL, S2S VPN * QoS implementation on wired and wireless network * Experience Hands-on; Cisco 760xx, ISR , ASR 1002-x , 29xx, 28xx Routers Cisco Nexus 3K, 65xx, 45xx, 49xx, 3850 , 3750, 3650,2960, Linksys and HP Switches * Firewall management on Checkpoint R77.30, Cisco 5585X , Sourcefire, Cisco ISE (responsible for access rules, NAT and VPN) * Wireless management on Cisco 5508 wireless controller, Flexconnect and Redundancy implementation * Monitoring tools (Spectrum,PRTG,Riverbed,Solarwinds)
